This has to be one of the most difficult species I have ever worked with but worth it! Black Palm is very similar to a bamboo where you can see this incredible straw-like structure in the grain. It’s truly as if a bunch of small straws are stacked and pressed together. What happens this is you get this amazing speckled look on one side and the other sides these long runs. This one is very unique.
